Here are a couple of pictures from our first Shell Pipeline Reunion in the Wood River area. The reunion was held in May 2009 at Kendall Hill, a facility that Shell Retirees built that now sits on Conoco Phillips property. It was very enjoyable to share food, drink and war stories with folks that we haven’t seen for awhile and it is amazing how a group of people can just ‘pick up’ where they left off. No boredom with this group!
Jim Johnson (618-791-8187) and Sharon Cox (618-791-3331) sponsored the event, with hopes of continuing every other year. We would like to encourage folks to contact us with their contact information so we can include them in the next ‘invite’.
We are also requesting pictures to add to our ‘Memory’ PowerPoint presentation. Anything and everything has and will be included……………..pictures of facilities, events, people. So please forward any pictures that you feel would apply to the Wood River area memories.
